GLOBAL EDUCATION OFFICE PODCAST

After studying and researching abroad in Lugano, Switzerland and Ethiopia I returned to Virginia Tech the following semester and decided to make it my mission to help others organize their amazing international education experiences!  As a study abroad advisor at the Virginia Tech Global Education Office I had the chance to interview members of the support team that help students study abroad everyday.  On this podcast we answer questions like, "How can I go abroad and graduate on time?" and "Where do I even begin choosing a program?"  We also get into the highs and lows of study abroad alumnae experiences and hear their stories about traveling to countries off the beaten path, like Oman and Morocco!

"And at the same time as I find myself I lose a little as well.  Travel, I have found, is the most equal exchange life has to offer.  You lose your way and you lose your money, but you discover a state of being you've never know."
